We utilize companies like S2A Modular who are WELL Certified and LEED Certified which enables us to focus on healthier builds and projects that are better for the environment with a  focus on decarbonization, micro-grid and other sustainable projects.

Bahia Villages

The developments will feature a minimum of 100, state-of-the-art sustainable energy homes, that will be energy net positive using graphene solar panel technology. The community will have a micro-grid infrastructure to support and net positive revenue stream with an excess energy transfer capability.

The Bahia Villages concept is a single-story home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths over approximately 1,000 square feet of space.
